In this post I will delve deeper into the creation mythology by examining some of the different interpretations of Genesis.
I stated in my previous post that at the center of a circle is always an infinitesimal point. The point needs no dimension, yet embraces all dimension. Transcendence of the illusions of time and space result in the point of here and now (“I am”), our most primal point of consciousness, wherein we can change our future.
* Genesis: The chapter of Genesis in the Holy Bible tells us how the material world was created – starting with a point of conscious awareness (The first “I am”) !
From the void God moved in 6 directions
God created Heaven (Sky)
God created Earth
Heaven & Earth
God hovered on the waters
God said “Let there be light”
It takes some imagination but have a look at the lines of the torus, doesn’t it look like the roots and branches of a tree? (The Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden). It is rather easy to see that the torus is also an apple shape. The snake that seduced Eve to eat the apple from the tree is the Phi spiral that describes the torus.
* The Story of Creation: There are many interpretations of the biblical story of creation. The Gnostic version questions the motives of God when he forbade Adam & Eve access to the fruit of the tree of knowledge-also Gods acts of vengeance upon his creation.
The orthodox interpreters, both Jewish and Christian, tend to emphasize the distinction between the infinite creator and his finite creatures. Humans and animals are on earth, while God is in heaven, and never the two will meet. The orthodox have held, with Martin Buber, that the human's relationship to God is always "I and Thou." In the Gnostic position one can discern a keynote that is reminiscent of the attitude of certain other religions, notably Hinduism, which rather declares: "I am Thou."
The Gnostics share with the Hindus and with certain Christian mystics the notion that the divine essence is present deep within human nature in addition to being present outside of it. At one time humans were part of the divine, although later, in their manifest condition, they more and more tended to project divinity onto beings external to themselves. Alienation from God brings an increase in the worship of deities wholly external to the human. Ref: http://gnosis.org/genesis.html
The Sumerian story of Enlil and Enki sheds new light on this subject. The caduceus is one of the most ancient of symbols. You might best know this symbol as used by the medical profession. It also symbolized the twin strands of the DNA spiral and Kundalini energy rising up the spine.
This was originally the symbol for the Anunnaki-Sirian creator god, EA, or EN.KI (who has become an Archetype). He was the chief of the magicians, "the one who knows," and infamous for being the serpent in the Garden of Eden, who created lifeforms in test tubes half a million years ago with his half-sister Ninharsag. At the suggestion of his son, Marduk, He created humans to be the slave workers who would extract and process the mono-atomic gold (Mana) for the gods. The symbol is also based upon the winged globe for the planet Nibiru, the symbol of the royal Anunnaki family.
In this web page you will find an historical timeline starting at 450,000 years ago: http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sitchin/esp_sitchin_0.htm
So, it would appear that our creator God (EN.KI) conducted genetic experiments and that we are the product of gene splicing, but who created EN.KI?
I don't think that we will ever get a definitive answer, but my experience of life and death has taught me that it does not matter who or what created us, only that we live our lives to the full and respect all other life forms.
If our essence is truly spiritual omnipresence, then perhaps the "point" of our being "here" is to recognize the oneness we share, validating all "individuals" as equally precious and sacred aspects of that one. As a spirit living in the material world, I have come to the realization that we were all in the process of evolving our DNA -that the Earth is both a school and a playground, and that we can learn to co-create a better world (paradise) on earth - and after death, our souls travel back to the Source with our DNA enriched by our earthly experience.
Ascension – Many indigenous cultures (Mayans, Hopi Indians...) believe that the space time period that began on December 2012 is a very special time in earth's history, when ascending souls can travel the path of the Milky Way galaxy through one of the two Solstice sun doors (Taurus and Scorpio).
The star constellation of Taurus leads to the realm of the divine – Scorpio leads to the realm of our ancestors. The key to successful ascension is to live from the heart - to love ourselves and others unconditionally by empathizing.
